Scott E's Bio
    Scott E Bizzare started his career at age 14 as a shop rat. He inked his first tattoo at age 16, a black panther. After joining the Air Force, he landed in Travis and opened the first tattoo shop in the area. Scott E has been tattooing in Fairfield for 26 years and has been at his downtown location for 5 years.
